Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 
days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package for The Netherlands, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.  
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered 
accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the 
packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly 
packaged when returning it. 

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@animefaveshop.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Please download the return form, print, fill out the form and add to the shipment.

Non-returnable items:

• Manufacturer defects (such as minor paint imperfections, seam lines, or molding inconsistencies) originate from the production process and are not considered damage caused by Animefaveshop. As these imperfections occur at the factory level and are outside our control, they do not qualify as a valid reason for return or refund

Pease do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you need to send us an e-mail on order@animefaveshop.nl to inform us about the return. In case of damage, please mention this in the email, additionally with pictures. Our address is: Animefaveshop, Kronenland 1430, 6605RW Wijchen The Netherlands.

Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
